Carbone Dallas can be booked privately for up to 200 guests seated or 225 guests for a reception-style event. Event options include the Private Dining Room for 14 guests seated, the Bar Room for 36 guests seated, the Palm Court for 100 guests seated or 150 reception-style, and the Main Dining Room for 100 guests seated or 75 reception-style. We also offer large party reservations for up to 30 guests.

Vino can be booked privately for up to 120 guests seated or 200 reception-style. Event options include the Lounge for up to 30 guests reception-style, the Palm Court for up to 40 guests seated or 50 reception-style, and the Main Dining Room for 80 guests seated or 150 reception-style. We also offer large party reservations for up to 15 guests.

Carbone & Vino can be booked together as a large-scale event space for up to 260 guests seated or 400 reception-style.
