Sadelle’s is a modern ode to New York’s classic tradition of all-day dining. Located in the heart of SoHo, the restaurant offers a celebratory atmosphere all while delivering the best bagels in New York City and many more classics. In the evenings, Sadelle’s transforms into a beautiful, loft-like setting adorned with crystal chandeliers and glowing candlelight. The space can be reserved as a private dining venue for Carbone, offering the charm and open floor plan of Sadelle’s paired with Carbone’s signature cuisine.

Sadelle's New York can be booked privately for daytime and evening events for up to 110 guests seated or up to 300 guests for a reception-style event. Our third-floor semi-private space is available for daytime events, accommodating up to 45 guests seated or 50 guests for a reception-style event. Additional large-party daytime reservations are available in the restaurant for groups of up to 18 guests.
